HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

From booking to handover.

Before dispatch, we agree on the load, handling requirements and collection arrangements. The movement then follows through to delivery at the receiving site.

  1. 01

    Confirm load & handling

Tell us the product, packaging, pallet or carton quantities and required temperature. Include any special handling needs so we can confirm the load is suitable before booking.

  2. 02

    Arrange collection

Agree on the collection point, date and site access. We also confirm who will prepare the goods for loading and any collection instructions.

  3. 03

    Transport the goods

The goods travel on the agreed route, with the temperature and handling requirements established at booking. Any storage or onward distribution forms part of those arrangements.

  4. 04

    Complete the delivery

Delivery is made to the agreed receiving location. Receiving hours, unloading access and the handover contact are confirmed as part of the booking.
